Digital Shipping
No physical product will be shipped for Digital Downloads.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will instantly receive a link with access to the file. The link will be sent to the email address provided during billing or associated with your account and can also be accessed later in your “My Account” section on gorbunovadolls.store. Please ensure that the email address provided during billing is accurate to receive the download link promptly.
Turnaround Time
Please allow 1 business day for processing. This processing time applies to all orders, including those placed on weekends and holidays. Once payment has been processed via PayPal or Stripe, your order will ship within 1-2 business days.

Refunds and Chargebacks
Once a product has been downloaded, no right of cancellation or refund exists under The Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 due to the electronic nature of our products. All sales are final, and payments made for our products are non-refundable.
