- I haven’t received the pattern I bought
- Please thoroughly check your inbox, including your spam, junk, and promotions folders (if you are using Gmail). If you haven’t received the email within 5 minutes, please contact me either via email or by using the contact form below. Be sure to include the pattern name, the purchase date, and the email address you used during checkout.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Choose the most convenient method during checkout.
- Can I get support while working on the project?
- Yes! You can contact me via email at work@gorbunovadolls.store or by using the contact form below, and I will gladly assist you at any stage of your project.
- I forgot my password. What can I do?
- If you forgot your password, click “Lost Password” at the top left of the page. Enter the email address you used to register and click “Reset Password.” A new password will be sent to your email. If you don’t receive the message, please check your spam folder as it may have ended up there.
- Can I use a different yarn weight?
- All my patterns are designed with specific yarn weights and hook sizes, as indicated in the instructions. While you’re free to experiment with different materials, please note that deviating from the recommended supplies may result in variations in the final size, appearance, and yarn usage of your project. If you’re looking for substitutes, I recommend using the Yarn Substitution Tool to find suitable alternatives. This tool helps you locate yarns with similar characteristics to achieve the desired outcome.
- Do you have a video for…?
- You can find all my videos on my YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/@GorbunovaDolls. If you don’t see a video tutorial for a particular pattern, it means one hasn’t been created yet. Be sure to subscribe to my channel to get notified whenever new videos are released!
- Are there discounts for repeat purchases?
